Worship Leader Internship

D1 Church is needing a passionate worship leader intern seeking to grow their ministry gifts. Our church of about 125 people is located in the rural community of Delphos, Ohio and we are looking to take our worship to a deeper level.

This is a hands-on leadership role-not just an internship title. We're looking for someone who loves the Lord, has a heart for worship, and is ready to lead a team with creativity and purpose.

Responsibilities:

Lead worship on Sunday mornings and help create a powerful, Spirit-filled atmosphere

Plan weekly song sets that align with flow of the Spirit

Lead and disciple worship team during practices

Communicate effectively with worship team and lead pastor

Preferred Skills:

Ability to play the keyboard or guitar (though not required)

Confident leadership and good communication

A teachable spirit and a desire to grow in ministry and team leadership
