The Worship Director will arrange music, lead Sunday morning worship service, worship team, and schedule volunteers. This includes planning, designing, and support of other ministry areas, such as children, youth, and prayer, in the arts or various performances.
The Worship Director champions leader development, church health, missions and evangelism, creating a culture of unity among worship team members, direction, and encouraging unity within the church body.
Experience and Requirements:
To lead worship with excellence by leading the body in worship in a presence-centered worship experience.
Organizational excellence and strong directorial skills are a must.
Create a culture of love and unity. Use music to reach beyond the church doors when possible.
Administrate and organize, with excellence, the scheduling, planning, and logistics of said worship experiences, including rehearsals and sound checks.
Coordinate with tech team to ensure quality audio mixing and production.
Create and maintain an annual budget for the ministry.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor
Flexibility and flow in worship as the Spirit leads.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Working knowledge of choral direction, music theory, and arrangement techniques
Working knowledge of traditional and contemporary music styles in a blended service
Additional expectations:
